XEMG Liyuan moulds Co., Ltd. is a fully holding subsidiary of XEMG and specialized in mould manufacture. It is the mould center of Hunan province named by national authority. XEMG Liyuan Moulds Co., Ltd. covers an area of 6218.8 m2 and has the total assets of 21.6876 million yuan. The registered capital of it is 8.68 million yuan. The installed equipment include MOORE G18-CNC-1000 coordinate mill, T42100 dual guide coordinate boring machine, 200H four-channel pulse forming machine and lathes totaling up to 172 sets. The company has 427 employees, of which 35 ones are special technicians and engineers. The products include plate forming moulds, injection plastic moulds, rubber press moulds, press molding moulds for metal, staged moulds, scales and tools. They are widely used in the areas of appliance, motorcycle and auto industries due to our strong R&D effort, new technique, advanced equipment and power production base. In Dec. of 2003, we get the third part certificate(VTI) of GB/T19001-2000. By this, our management system has been continuously improved and given the customers the confidence that we can provide satisfactory products with high quality.
     We has produced moulds for sixteen years and now are at leading place in China for our advanced technique and QC system. The company has a complete set of test devices for moulds and mainly design and make mould for XEMG and large companies of China. The vacuum attachment mould for forming of the large-scale reflector used in solar power station and the large plastic mould for the electrical sets used in Beijing metro project, they were designed cooperting with GE(U.S.) and TOYO(Japan) respectively, were with excellent performance and accepted by the experts. Our products are also used in the following areas- plate forming moulds for 1P, 2P, 3P and 5P air conditioners in Hiar, Green, Kelon, Changhong and AUX; plate forming moulds for refrigerators in Hiar, Kelon and Hualing; plate forming moulds for Guangdong Macro and Hunan Xunda’s electrical water heater and gas ovens; welding clips and plate forming moulds for motorcycle’s frame assembly of Guangdong Wuyang-Honda, for jeep’s frame of Hunan Changfeng, for auto frame assembly of Beiqi Foton and for Dongfeng Motor. Among these, the moulds for Green and Kelon are both give a Class A.

     XEMG Liyuan Component Co., Ltd is the fully invested subsidiary of XEMG. The main products and services are diamond presses, nonstandard components, oil lubrication stations, drawer machines for tungsten and molybdenum, and the service for them. The company coves an area of 17781.2 m2 and has the total assets of 9.9389 million yuan. With 114 sets of machines, there are 235 employees, of which 32 ones are specialized technicians and engineers. In Dec. of 2003, we got the third part (VTI) certificated of GB/T 19100-2000.

      Diamond Press- The Φ500 press is large cylinder press with high quality and has been widely used in China.
     Drawer Machine for Tungsten-Molybdenum- These machines are widely used in China and exported to some countries and regions in south-east Asia. Also, we can provide you with the R&D, design and manufacture of the nonstandard components according your needs.
     Sliding Bearing and Oil Lubrication Station – In 1990s, we have developed the DQ75mm~250mm horizontal ball sliding bearings and the vertical sliding bearings. These products not only have excellent performance but also high quality and they are based on the traditional sliding bearings and the cooperation with research institutes. The bearings and oil lubrication stations are widely used in high speed and heavy load conditions in various areas, such as the primary and secondary machines in large power station, metallurgy, national defence and machinery manufacture.
     Nonstandard Components – The electric trolley made by us is reliable, durable and with high quality. It employs a circuit including the rails. On trolley, the auxiliary support can be mounted to facilitate the equipment and devices to locate and install in engineering work. There is a manual electrical clutch in the trolley used for switch between electric or manual drive of the trolley. Without the auxiliary support, the trolley can be used to handle materials. A combination of series of trolleys can be used to improve the efficiency in production line, such as production lines for bulldozers, road rollers, semi-auto loader, mixer and paviors. The production lines for heavy machinery developed by us recently have been accepted by the domestic manufacturers of heavy machinery and widely used in large companies, such as Sany Heavy Industry and Luoyang Tractor.
     Service and Installment of Devices – Founded sixty years ago, our company is the indicative service and installment provider of XEMG. The company is able to perform the overhaul and traditional checks for devices with advanced technique and technology, such as casting devices, forging machines, plating and heat treatment devices, molding devices, heavy transportation facilities, motors, lathes and other special devices.
