XEMG Liyuan Plating and Heat-treatment Co., Ltd. is a fully holding subsidiary of XEMG and specialized in surface- and heat-treatment. Our company has dedicated for plating, heat-treatment and manufacture of springs and nameplates for forty years. XEMG Liyuan Plating and Heat-treatment covers an area of 11900 m2 and has five departments, an office and two plants. Currently, there are 180 sets of devices and machines and 162 employees.
     We are always to improve the technique and the product quality by perfecting the management, facing the market, relying on the new technology. For plating treatment, we have solve the problems about the blackening and passivating of galvanization, chromeplating under normal temperature and low density and gold-plating on glass fiber resin. For heat-treatment, we have performed the technique research about the oil bath medium-frequency quenching treatment, the performance determination and application of the polymer quenching mediums and the research and development of the heat-treatment to high-speed steel. By this, our company has considerable R&D capacity and stable productivity so as to be at a leading position in the same area of China. In the past, our company has well performed the plating and heat-treatment works for many hi-tech materials in the projects of 8011A vehicle, 108t electric self-unloading vehicle, Iranian Metro, large-scale motor control and vehicles for mines, and has received several high quality awards from provincial governments and ministries. We all take serious of the quality control and acquired the GB/T19002-1994 idt ISO9002:1994 certificate in 2000. In 2003, XEMG Liyuan Plating and Heat-treatment passed the evaluation by VTI for transmission to ISO9001-2000. The policy of us on the quality is that- all keep client-oriented mind, continuous improve technique and satisfy the customers’ needs. The target of quality control is to service the customers with satisfying product and excellent service, to keep customer satisfaction greater than 90%, to keep the response rate greater than 95% and to control the loss due to quality less than 0.45%.
