XEMG Liyuan Casting Co., Ltd was founded in 1998. It is a completely invested company by XEMG and specialized in the manufacture and sales of ferrous and non-ferrous castings, steel blocks, alloyed structural balls, bearings, metal moulds and wooden moulds. The followings are also her business: manufacture and service of electromechanical parts; made and sales of bamboo and wooden products; casting technique; sales of legal oven materials.
     With 470 employees, XEMG Liyuan has five plants of steel casting, iron casting, non-ferrous casting, mould and machining and cover a production area of 38580 m2. Having advanced casting equipment such as the Germany spectral analyzer and the resin sand molding device, our company can yield castings of more than 10000 tons per year. The main products include the melting castings and press molded castings made of or used for the carbon steel, alloy steel, gray iron cast iron, nodular cast iron, aluminum alloy, Babbitt bush. These products are to supply XEMG for motors, electrical components, electrical ovens and vehicles. XEMG Liyuan has get the ISO9002 system certificate.
     Various casting methods that almost cover the whole area of casting are available in Liyuan, such as sand mould, metal mould, press molding, melting cast, centifugal molding and resin sand molding. We will service the customers with high quality castings in reasonable prices and with perfect service.
The following are the main products:
     Bases, end caps, rotor supports for J series motors; shaft caps, bushes, terminal boxes, sleeves and field dampers of Y series motors; end caps, winding supports, shaft caps for mill motors; gear boxes, shaft bases, shaft covers, wheel core for small vehicles; corbels, wheel cores, balance weights, bends for 150T and 200T large scale vehicles; front and rear wheels, couples for 100T vehicles; bases, end caps and shaft covers for DC motors; hinged shafts (after research and development by us, we can not only produce the raw blocks of hinged shafts but also can rough machine them and heat-treated them. Now the company has been the largest hinged shaft manufacture center in the area of diamond press machine of China. Our series hinged shafts include Φ280~600 products and they are widely used in tens of diamond factory all around China); concrete pumps-the concrete pump produced by us has been used as a part of Sanyi concrete pumps since 1990s and up to now they are proven to be reliable and durable. These pumps are widely used in many provinces of China; rail calibrators- the new products that we have just launched. They are use to calibrate the vehicle rails and are used widely accepted due to the high quality.
