Motorized wheel mining evacuation of type SF31904T

    This kind of evacuation has been developed on the base of the chasis’ technology of SF31904 type 108t motorized wheel dump truck. However, it cancelled the hopper and hoist cylinder of the 108t dump truck. A sub frame is designed on the previous frame, the subframe is connected with the previous frame through pin axle and drag-bar( Pin axle is located in previous hopper tilting bearing point. Drag-bar is connected with hoist cylinder bearing point ). The hoist big arm(working mechnism) of the evacuation is on the pivot of subframe. The lift of the working mechnism is controlled by two hoist cylinder which diameter is 180mm. Its hoist power is supplied by the hoist hydraulic system of SF31904 type 108t motorized wheel dump truck. Through the connection of plate gap ball articulation, the buffer of front frame of the broken down car will be carried keeping the front tire 200mm off the ground. The hydraulic pipeline of the left and right hoist cylinder of the previous truck will be lengthened . The loaded break down car will be dumped quickly and restore its place through the connection of pipe reduction and hoist cylinder of the break down car. Pressure oil or gas source induced from the previous vehicle will provide the break down car hydraulic oil or gas source which can implement or cancel the braking. The traction power of the evacuation can draw the break down car. When dealing with the breakdown of the tyre, the bracket of the evacuation can be used to carry one side of the vehicle. Thus the damaged tyre can be changed quickly after it leave the ground.
